Responsibilities and required skills include:
- Ability to build a strong customer base
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong knowledge of products, services and their applications
- Travel within assigned territory to call on regular and/or prospective clients
- Assist with development and content of marketing materials
- Quotation of pricing and credit terms
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Coordination of customer training
- Investigation and resolution of customer issues
- Reporting of business transactions and accounts
- Maintain awareness of inventory
- Attend meetings and trade shows
